Built on doing things right the first time.
Most home problems don’t start big. A clogged downspout becomes a wet basement; a loose gutter becomes rotted trim; a hairline crack becomes a door that won’t latch. Mendwell was built to catch those early and fix them properly.
Some work we handle ourselves. For larger jobs we coordinate trusted, licensed local trades and manage them to the same standard, so you have one point of contact instead of a stack of contractors.
